history of success in residential and/or small commercial repaint business

Painters, Territory Managers are compensated based on a progressive, performance-based compensation model providing reasonable earnings of $25K - $100K+ annually and a generous benefits package. Nonsmoking Painters, LLC is accepting applications for Painter, Territory Manager Trainee positions worldwide. These positions prepare the candidate for the coveted Painter, Territory Manager positions which provide earnings of $15,552 - $38,400+ annually and generous benefits including some flexibility in working hours. These are on-the-job training positions for long-term career-minded professionals.

Required qualifications include:

demonstrable residential and small commercial repaint and plaster skills and/or potential to rapidly and effectively acquire those skills
history of success in residential and/or small commercial repaint business and/or potential to succeed
demonstrable marketing, sales and general business development skills
computer/telephone/internet skills (including word processor and spreadsheet)
integrity
orientation towards quality and total customer satisfaction
motivated by performance-based compensation, unlimited earnings and progressive, rewards-based management system

Painters, Territory Manager Trainees are compensated based on an hourly or piece-work/per-contract basis. During a one-to-twelve month Painter/Territory Manager Training & Evaluation Period, trainees are compensated on an hourly or piece-work/per-contract basis which varies dependent upon experience, skills, capabilities and local market conditions.
