Complete exterior repaint of home in Titusville with dark brown, medium brown, white and dark reddish brown for trim. Note the complete repaint of all window and sliding door frames in dark reddish brown enamel. This home had colored, unpainted ("never-paint-again") stucco which was badly discolored from minerals and salts. After through pressure washing and sealing, the stucco was coated with high-quality exterior semigloss paint in light brown. Wooden Florida room at back was also thoroughly prepped with rust suppression at fasteners and repainted. Complete pressure washing of entire home and surrounding surfaces (sidewalk, driveway, roof shingles, pool area, etc.). Back wall around pool was also repainted.
